What is an “open-air" photo booth, and why do people love it?

Royalty Events & Photobooths is SWFL's leading modern open-air photo booth service. Unlike old-fashioned boxy booths with curtains (think passport booths or airport), an “open-air concept” booth allows your guests to see all the laughter happening and be enticed to join in.

An open style also keeps your options open to everything from beautifully posed group photos to unpredictable photo bombs. Witnessing the fun going on before your eyes is contagious!

We aim to impress you and your guests with the best photo booth experience available in SWFL. Everything from our feature packed services, exciting props, gorgeous backdrop selection and our friendly Booth Managers ensure a complete upscale experience every time!

What is required for me to make a reservation?

You can choose your package and call us to reserve your photo booth. To ensure our availability for your event date, a retainer payment of 50% of the total booking charge is required at the time of reserving with a signed contract. The remaining balance can be paid anytime at least 30 days before your event. 


Will there be an attendant on duty to help our guests?

Yes! Our Booth Butlers are highly trained in the art of modern photo-boothing. They will arrive 60-90 minutes before your time, set up and break down the photo booth, assist your guests with printing, emailing photos and GIFs on your social media. Our Booth Butlers ensure everyone has a memorable experience at your event. 

What are the space, venue, and power requirements for the photo booth set-up? Can it be set up outdoors?

- Our booth space usually requires a minimum 10' x 10' area, a minimum height of 7'11" for the backdrop, but we can accomodate for small spaces too! 

- A power outlet should be within 10 feet, and the ground must be level. We can also provide extension cords as long as you let us know ahead of time!

- If you have an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter away from direct sun, rain, and wind will need to be provided. If your event is outdoors during daylight hours (8am - 5pm), please contact us and we will work with you.

A break from either drinking or dancing! Not all people are naturals in front of the camera. Some will look unrelaxed or unnatural in photos, no matter how skillful the photographer is. Are you having a theme on your big day? Whether you want a shimmer shinny backdrop, fresh flowers or even just a simple rustic background you can achieve it! To add to your background, Royalty Photobooths has props to match your theme. We will even completely design your photostrips from SCRATCH. We want your strip being completely UNIQUE and NEVER USED..

Photos as Favors

Your guests have will have a personalized favor that they would actually want to keep! It's one less thing to cross off your wedding to-do list. Who doesn’t want to take pictures when they’re dressed to impress?

Additional Photos

Your wedding photographer simply can’t photograph everybody at your special day. Some don’t like to be photographed for whatever reason whilst others might just keep missing the photographer as they come around.
